Chicago’s Greatest Hits: A Review

When I was a junior in High School in central Pennsylvania, a group of us "concert band geeks " went to see Chicago at the Hershey Area. They had Shakespearean ground floor seats where it was basically first come first served. We got there early and pushed our way down to the front and I stood "audience left" right in front of where Terry Kath would come out. There was no opening act as I recall and Chicago came out and these little logo lights lit it up all around in a semi-circle and I basically was transported to another world.

Blues, horns, amazing solos, orchestrations/arrangements, great harmonies and vocals...  it was a mix of music elements that to this day I am madly in love with. That evening and concert changed my life.
